Terms of Sale

Last updated: 28/08/2026

This English translation is provided for convenience only. The French version of these terms (Conditions générales de vente) is the sole legally binding version and shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy.

1. Service publisher

The NoCode2Dev website and the associated service are published by Régis Grison, sole proprietor (entrepreneur individuel, EI), whose registered office is at 40 rue Dauphine, 75006 Paris, France, SIRET 92834743400021, EU VAT number FR42928347434 (hereinafter “NoCode2Dev”). Contact: via the website's contact form; full contact details are provided in the legal notice.

2. Scope

These terms of sale (the “Terms”) apply to every order placed with NoCode2Dev. They constitute NoCode2Dev's general terms of sale within the meaning of Article L. 441-1 of the French Commercial Code.

The service is exclusively intended for business customers acting for the purposes of their trade or profession. By placing an order, the client represents that it is acting in that capacity; consumer-protection provisions, including the right of withdrawal, do not apply.

The applicable version of the Terms is the one in force on the date of the order. Placing an order implies acceptance of the Terms, which prevail over any other document unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Purpose of the service

NoCode2Dev converts an exported Bubble application into a codebase in the stack chosen by the client, and provides a data-recovery tool (“Datapop”, Article 9). The conversion is performed from the export file supplied by the client.

Before payment, NoCode2Dev provides a confidence score: a layer-by-layer estimate of what will convert automatically and what will require manual rework. This score is indicative and does not constitute a guarantee of result.

4. Best-efforts obligation

The conversion is subject to a best-efforts obligation (obligation de moyens), not an obligation of result. The diversity of Bubble applications, their plugins and their workflows makes it impossible to guarantee that the generated code will be exhaustive or fully functional. A difference between the confidence score and the actual result does not constitute a breach by NoCode2Dev.

If the process does not result in the delivery of any generated project, the client is refunded in full, to the exclusion of any other compensation.

5. Quotes, prices and payment

The conversion quote is drawn up from the analysis of the submitted export. It is valid for thirty (30) days.

Prices are stated in euros, exclusive of taxes; VAT at the applicable rate is added. Payment for a conversion is made by bank transfer, quoting the reference provided: this reference enables automatic matching of the payment. The conversion starts upon receipt of the transfer. The separate purchase of Datapop (Article 9) is paid online by card; the copy is made available once the payment has cleared. In either case, payment constitutes a firm order and acceptance of these Terms.

No discount is granted for early payment. Any amount unpaid on its due date automatically bears late-payment interest at the European Central Bank's refinancing rate plus ten (10) percentage points, together with a fixed recovery indemnity of forty (40) euros (Articles L. 441-10 and D. 441-5 of the French Commercial Code).

6. Delivery

Delivery is deemed completed when the deliverables are made available in the client area: the generated project together with the conversion report and, where applicable, the copy of Datapop. It is the client's responsibility to download the deliverables within the retention period set out in Article 11.

7. Taking over the code

The code is delivered as is. It is the client's responsibility to test it, complete it and put it into production; manual finishing may be required on the items flagged in the conversion report. Unless otherwise agreed, the service includes no support, maintenance or correction of the delivered code.

Upon request, NoCode2Dev may put the client in touch with a service provider; this introduction does not bind NoCode2Dev with respect to any services that may follow.

8. Intellectual property in the delivered code

Subject to full payment of the price, NoCode2Dev assigns to the client all economic rights in the code generated from the client's application: the rights of reproduction, representation, adaptation, modification, distribution and exploitation, for all uses and purposes, including commercial, worldwide and for the entire legal term of copyright protection.

The following are excluded from this assignment:

  • the converter's generic building blocks (reusable libraries and technical components) that may be included in the delivered code, which remain the property of NoCode2Dev and are licensed to the client on a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free and perpetual basis for the purposes of operating the delivered code;
  • open-source dependencies, which remain governed by their respective licenses, identifiable in the project files;
  • Datapop (Article 9).

9. Datapop backup tool

The backup tool, marketed under the name Datapop, is software of which NoCode2Dev remains the owner. It is not assigned to the client, who receives a right of use: a non-exclusive, non-transferable license, granted for a specific project, without limitation of duration or number of executions. It permits neither resale, nor redistribution, nor use for another project.

The tool runs on the client's infrastructure and the extracted data never passes through NoCode2Dev's servers. It is included free of charge with a conversion and may also be purchased separately. Each copy delivered bears a license number linking it to its holder and its project.

The tool is provided as is and is subject to a best-efforts obligation, as its operation depends on the application concerned. Where it is purchased separately, if the copy cannot be delivered, the client is refunded in full, to the exclusion of any other compensation. Unless otherwise agreed, the license carries no right to updates or support; deletion of the deliverables (Article 11) does not affect the license, and it is the client's responsibility to keep the downloaded copy.

10. Re-runs

The quote is drawn up for the submitted export and the conversion applies to that export. A margin of change is nonetheless allowed: if the export submitted for conversion differs from the one analysed, the conversion remains available as long as NoCode2Dev's tools recognise it as the same project, within a modification threshold assessed automatically.

For three (3) months from the initial delivery, the client may re-run the conversion of the same project free of charge, in particular to benefit from converter updates, by supplying the export again, as it is not retained (Article 11). The same threshold rule applies: beyond it, the request constitutes a new conversion and is subject to a new quote.

11. Retention and deletion

The export file is analysed and then deleted; it is not retained. The deliverables, the generated project and, where applicable, the copy of Datapop, are retained for three (3) months from delivery, or for the shorter period indicated in the client area where applicable, and are then deleted automatically. The client may request their immediate deletion at any time from the client area.

After deletion, no restitution is possible. Deletion does not prevent a re-run under the conditions of Article 10.

12. API keys and credentials

API keys and credentials provided by the client for the purposes of a conversion are used for that purpose only and are not retained beyond deletion of the generated project (Article 11). As a precaution, the client is advised to rotate any API key or credential that has passed through NoCode2Dev once the project has been retrieved.

13. Client obligations and warranties

The client warrants:

  • that it holds all necessary rights in the application concerned, its content and the data it contains, and that it is authorised to request its conversion or to extract data from it;
  • that the data provided is lawful, and in particular that it has a legal basis for the personal data of its own users;
  • that it is responsible for complying with the terms of use of the third-party platforms and services concerned, as well as with the licenses of the third-party plugins and components present in its application.

14. Personal data

Data processing is described in the privacy policy, available on the website.

Where the export contains personal data for which the client is the controller, NoCode2Dev acts as a processor within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR: it processes such data on the client's instructions, solely for the purposes of the conversion and for the time strictly necessary; implements appropriate technical and organisational measures; does not engage a further processor for this processing without informing the client; deletes the data under the conditions of Article 11; and provides the client with reasonable cooperation in fulfilling the client's own obligations.

15. Liability

NoCode2Dev's liability is capped, all damages combined, at the amount excluding taxes paid by the client for the service or license concerned. Indirect damages are excluded, including loss of business, revenue, customers, data or reputation, and loss of profit.

These limitations do not apply in the event of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or where prohibited by law.

NoCode2Dev cannot be held liable for the consequences of operating the delivered code without prior rework and testing.

16. Force majeure

Neither party may be held liable for a failure caused by an event of force majeure within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code. Obligations are suspended for its duration; if the impediment exceeds thirty (30) days, either party may cancel the order, and amounts corresponding to services not performed shall be refunded.

17. Miscellaneous

If any provision of the Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in force. NoCode2Dev's failure to enforce a breach shall not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it later. NoCode2Dev may amend the Terms at any time; the version applicable to an order remains the one in force on the date of that order.

The Terms are drawn up in French. Any translation, including this English one, is provided for information purposes only; in the event of any discrepancy, only the French version shall be authoritative.

18. Governing law and disputes

The Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Paris, France, notwithstanding multiple defendants or third-party claims.
