What about plugins or complex workflows?

Complexity does not really matters. The problem is closed source plugins with server-side actions because they are never exported.
In this case, you will have to replace the plugin completly.
If you think this is a common plugin, with a good documentation, please open a ticket: we may add an alternative version in the converter (and you will be able to re-convert your project for free).
